Research and Practice on the Training Model of Students' Complex Engineering Problem Solving Ability Based on "Integration of Competition and Teaching" —Taking Vehicle Engineering Major as an Example

摘要: 着力提升学生复杂工程问题解决能力是我国本科教学自工程教育开始专业认证工作以 来最核心的培养目标。文章通过提出“赛教融合”人才培养教学体系,给出“赛教融合”课 程体系改革培养学生复杂工程问题解决能力的理论及方法,同时对“赛教融合”教学改革培 养学生复杂工程问题解决能力的模式进行实践与探索。专业建设、人才培养和学科竞赛等方 面的成果表明,“赛教融合”培养模式下,大学生实践动手能力和创新创业能力明显增强。

Abstract: Efforts to improve students' ability to solve complex engineering problems is the most core training goal in undergraduate teaching in our country since engineering education began professional certification. In this paper, the theory and method of "competition and education integration" curriculum system reform to cultivate students' complex engineering problem solving ability are given by putting forward the talent training teaching system of " competition and education integration". At the same time, the mode of " competition and education integration" teaching reform to cultivate students' complex engineering problem solving ability is practiced and explored. The results of major construction, talent training and discipline competition show that the practical ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students are significantly enhanced under the training mode of " integration of competition and teaching".
