摘要: 中国新能源汽车产业经过多年的发展,即将迎来动力电池退役的高峰期。目前,我国 动力电池回收利用行业企业短缺,技术人才匮乏。此外,高职院校开设的动力电池回收利用 课程较少,且教学效果不理想。文章以市场需求为导向,以典型工作任务为驱动,通过重构 教学内容,明确教学目标,制定教学策略,积极组织教学实施,取得了良好的教学效果,为 其他高校动力电池回收课程教学改革和人才培养提供了借鉴。

关键词: 动力电池;回收利用;教学改革;教学模式

Abstract: The new energy vehicle industry in China will soon usher in the peak period of power battery retirement after many years of development. At present, China is facing a shortage of power battery recycling and utilization industry enterprises and a lack of technical talent. Moreover the higher vocational colleges offer few courses on power battery recycling and utilization, and the teaching effect is not ideal. Guided by market demand and driven by typical work tasks, this paper could achieve good teaching effects by reconstructing the teaching content, clarifying teaching objectives, and formulating teaching strategies, which then could provide a reference for the reform of power battery recycling courses and talent training for other colleges and universities.
