摘要: 为了改善并提高汽车转向轻便性和行驶安全性,轻卡上普遍使用液压助力转向系统, 转向油管是液压油的主要承载和传递部件,转向油管失效影响汽车的转向操控性能。结合市 场上某车型转向油管开裂漏油导致转向沉重的实际案例,从失效模式表现、潜在因子分析到 根本原因确认,并最终提出优化方案,分析由于转向油管的布置设计差异,对于汽车在各种 不同行驶工况时的受力模型差异。通过系统分析,为转向系统工程师的研发设计分享经验并 提供思路。

Abstract: In order to improve the vehicle steering portability and driving safety, the hydraulic power assisted steering system is widely used in light trucks. The steering oil pipe is the main bearing and transmission component of hydraulic oil, and the failure of the steering oil pipe affects the steering performance of the vehicle. Combined with the actual case of steering oil leakage in a certain model in the market, from the analysis of failure mode performance, potential factor analysis to root cause confirmation, and finally proposed an optimization scheme to analyze the difference of the force model due to the layout and design of the vehicle in different driving conditions. Through the analysis of the system, the experience and ideas for steering system engineers are shared and provided.
