纯电动平台三电布置策略

摘要: 为了让车辆拥有更好的续航里程,车内空间有更好的规划布局,同时还具有较高的安 全性和高度智能化,纯电动平台应运而生。其中纯电动平台的核心零件电机、电池、电机控 制器的布置策略对平台的属性有着重大影响。文章从某纯电动平台的开发入手,研究不同的 三电布置策略对空间、碰撞安全、整车续航、车型拓展等的影响。通过选择不同的三电布置 策略,使得原生纯电动平台更好地契合平台定位,具有更强的拓展性、更大的内部空间以及 更优越的性能,为纯电动平台的前期策略设定提供详细的参考。

Abstract: In order to make the vehicle have better driving range, better planning and layout of the interior space, but also with high safety and high intelligence, pure electric platform came into being. The layout strategy of the core part like motor, battery and motor controller of the pure electric platform has a significant impact on the properties of the platform. Starting from the development of a pure electric platform, this paper studies the influence of different three-electric layout strategies on space, collision safety, vehicle endurance, vehicle model expansion, etc. By choosing different three-electric layout strategies, the original pure electric platform can better fit the platform positioning, with stronger expansion, larger internal space and better performance, and provide detailed reference for the early strategy setting of the pure electric platform.
