轮毂电机与摩擦制动集成技术研究现状

Research Status of Hub Motor and Friction Braking Integration Technology

摘要: 轮毂电机作为未来电动汽车驱动系统的发展方向,具有广阔的应用前景,轮毂电机与 摩擦制动集成设计和协同控制为电动汽车制动系统亟待解决的关键技术之一。文章探讨了电 动汽车轮毂电机与摩擦制动集成技术研究的必要性,分析了国内外轮毂电机技术以及轮毂电 机与摩擦制动集成技术的研究现状。同时,总结了轮毂电机技术在电动汽车上的一些具体应 用、轮毂电机与摩擦制动的集成设计结构、轮毂电机与摩擦制动的协同控制策略,提出了轮 毂电机与摩擦制动集成技术所存在的一些问题及其发展趋势。

Abstract: As the development direction of the drive system of electric vehicle in the future, the hub motor has a broad application prospect. The integrated design and cooperative control of the hub motor and the friction braking system is one of the key technologies to be solved urgently in the electric vehicle brake system. In this paper, the necessity of research on the integration technology of hub motor and friction brake was discussed in the electric vehicle, the research status of hub motor technology at home and abroad and the integration technology and friction brake were analyzed. Meanwhile, some specific applications of hub motor technology in electric vehicles, the integrated design structure of hub motor and friction brake, and the cooperative control strategy of hub motor and friction brake were summarized, and some problems and development trends of the integration technology of hub motor and friction brake were put forward.
