融合科技竞赛的汽车类专业“123”创新 实践模式探究

Exploring the "123" Innovation Practice Mode of Automotive Majors Integrating Science and Technology Competition

摘要: 在汽车产业“新四化”和国家工程教育“新工科”背景下,结合工科专业探索创新实 践育人模式,培养科学基础厚、创新能力高和工程实践能力强的高素质工程科技人才是推动 高校“新工科”建设的重要途径,是服务汽车产业快速变革的有力保障。为切实有效实施创 新实践教育,中北大学结合现有汽车专业从搭建实践体系和构建育人模式两个方面入手,对 “新工科”下的创新实践模式进行探索。首先,整合汽车类专业优质教学资源和学科竞赛, 以学生兴趣社团为抓手,以科技竞赛为导向,以开放实验室为基础,搭建创新意识培养到创 新能力训练循序渐进的“123”创新实践体系。其次,为保障该体系高质量运行,结合汽车类 专业学生具体学情和学科竞赛实践特点,探索贯穿本科汽车类专业人才培养全过程的创新实 践育人模式。依托该体系学生的创新能力和动手实践能力均可得到显著提升,在动手实践、 升学就业、竞赛获奖等方面竞争优势明显。经实践和数据证明该创新实践体系切实可行,且 有较好的实践育人效果。

Abstract: Under the background of national engineering education reform and "new four" changes in automobile industry, exploring innovative practice education mode with engineering majors and cultivating high-quality engineering science and technology talents is an important way to promote the construction of "new engineering" in colleges and universities, and it is also a powerful guarantee to serve the rapid changes of automobile industry. In order to effectively implement innovative practical education, North Central University has explored the innovative practice model under the "new engineering" from two aspects: building the practice system and exploring the cultivation mode of the existing automotive majors.Firstly, it integrates the high-quality teaching resources and science and technology competitions of automobile majors to build the "123" innovative practice system with the dual functions of cultivating innovative consciousness and training innovative ability; secondly, it combines the specific learning conditions of automobile majors and the characteristics of discipline competition practice to explore the nurturing mode throughout the whole process of undergraduate talent training. Relying on this system, students' innovation ability and hands-on ability can be significantly improved, and they have obvious competitive advantages in hands-on practice, further education and employment, and competition awards. The innovative practice system has been proved to be practical and feasible by practice and data, and has a good effect of cultivating people in practice.
