QC 工具在降低某车型横拉杆连接螺母 返工率的应用

摘要: 某车型生产线在新车型批量投产后,频繁出现横拉杆连接螺母不合格问题,导致月度 返工率激增。针对该问题,通过应用质量管理(QC)工具进行原因分析,调查确定了套筒找 螺母失败、锁止孔找锁止销失败是导致横拉杆连接螺母返工的关键因素。按照 5W1H 原则制 定对策并组织优化改善措施,使返工率由攻关前的 12.53%降低至 1.25%。

Abstract: After a certain model was put into mass production, the production line frequently had the problem of unqualified tie rod connection nuts, which led to a sharp increase in the monthly rework rate. Therefore, through the application of quality control (QC) tools, adopting the brainstorming method and the simple chart method to analyze the causes, the investigation determined that the failure of the sleeve to find the nut and the failure of the lock hole to find the lock pin were the key factors causing the rework rate of tie rod connection nuts. According to the 5W1H principle, countermeasures were formulated and improvement measures were optimized to reduce the rework rate from 12.53% to 1.25%.
