摘要: 复合材料气瓶相比于传统气瓶有易于加工、密度低、强度高等诸多优点,当车用气瓶 选择复合材料制作时,会实现整车轻量化,并且可以降低能耗。文章设计了一个容积为 30 L 的复合气瓶,根据网格理论计算方法和实际加工要求设计内胆和增强纤维的基本尺寸,并且 利用有限元分析软件 ABAQUS 对气瓶进行强度分析,验证所设计复合材料气瓶的合理性。文 章可以对复合材料车用气瓶的设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Compared with traditional gas cylinders, composite materials gas cylinders have many advantages such as easy processing, low density and high strength.When the vehicle gas cylinders are made of composite materials, and the whole vehicle lightweight will be realized and energy consumption can be reduced. In this paper, a composite cylinder with a volume of 30 L is designed, according to the grid theoretical calculation method and the actual processing requirements, the basic dimensions of the liner and reinforcement fiber are designed. The finite element analysis ABAQUS software is used to analyze the strength of the cylinder to verify the rationality of the designed composite cylinder. This paper can provide some reference for the design of composite materials vehicle gas cylinder.
