Kinematic Mechanics Analysis of the Third Spring Device Based on Double Wishbone Suspension System

摘要: 由于双横臂独立悬架结构并不能完全解决垂直与侧倾线刚度解耦结构的问题,操纵稳 定性与平顺性之间的切换空间就非常有限。为了能够增加高性能车的操纵稳定性,改善汽车 在制动点头以及加速后仰时的俯仰变化幅度,论文主要对某款高性能车的双横臂式悬架系统 加装第三根弹簧装置进行设计,并应用 ADAMS/Car 进行动力学仿真分析,验证增加第三弹 簧对汽车的纵倾刚度与侧倾刚度之间的影响关系,为悬架动力学分析研究提供参考。

Abstract: Because the double wishbone independent suspension structure can not completely solve the problem of vertical and roll line stiffness decoupling structure, the switching space between handling stability and ride comfort is very limited. In order to increase the handling stability of the high-performance vehicle and improve the pitch change range of the vehicle when braking and accelerating, this paper mainly designs the double wishbone suspension system of a highperformance vehicle equipped with a third spring device, and applies ADAMS/Car to conduct dynamic simulation analysis to verify the influence of adding the third spring on the trim stiffness and roll stiffness of the vehicle. It provides a reference for suspension dynamics analysis.
