面向通用化模块化开发的电驱 NVH 性能集成

摘要: 为应对产品通用化对整车性能集成带来的挑战,文章研究讨论了在通用化模块化开发 策略下,电驱系统噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能控制及电动车整车 NVH 性能集成 应对方案。电驱系统通用化为电动汽车开发普遍采用的平台化策略,文章重点从驱动系统本 体和传递路径两方面研究讨论了对应的 NVH 开发策略。从脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制方式、 齿轮精度、电磁结构和壳体结构等方面,尽量降低驱动系统本体的振动噪声;同时利用模态 解耦、布置、声学包、密封、隔振和智能声场修饰技术等多种技术,基于“传递路径”的优 化、声声传递路径和声振传递路径来实现整车 NVH 性能的差异化要求。

Abstract: For commonality strategy, the electric drive unit noise、vibration、harshness (NVH) performance integration technique is discussed in the paper. In electric vehicle development, one electric drive unit usually be adapted to many vehicles. Therefore, the electric drive unit itself and noise vibration harshness (NVN) transmission path were discussed to meet the vehicle requirement. The electric drive unit itself should be optimized as much as possible to meet the top level requirement of vehicle which it is used, with many optimization methods, such as pulse width modulation (PWM) control, gear accuracy, electromagnetic structure, shell structure and so on. Meanwhile, the "NVH transmission path" airborne noise transmission path and structure borne noise transmission path should be different to meet the different vehicle performance requirement, such as modal decoupling, vehicle package, sound package, sealing, vibration isolation, active sound modification technology and so on.
