某皮卡车型乘员保护性能分析

摘要: 基于 2024 版中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP),对某皮卡车型的乘员保护性能进行了研 究,以提升该皮卡被动安全性能。对 C-NCAP 下皮卡车型的乘员保护测评内容进行了解析, 对该皮卡车型的乘员舱空间尺寸、车身结构碰撞指标与多款乘用车进行了对比研究,对 C-NCAP 各碰撞工况下约束系统性能进行了仿真分析,并针对乘员保护重要问题点结合假人 伤害进行了优化分析。结果表明,皮卡车型乘员正面与侧面空间较为充足,但正面工况侵入 量偏大,通过合理的油门踏板、座椅和气囊设计,能有效的改善皮卡乘员保护性能。

Abstract: Under the 2024 version of the China new car assessment programme (C-NCAP), the occupant protection performance of a pickup truck is studied with the aim of improving the passive safety performance of the pickup truck. The occupant protection evaluation content of the C-NCAP for pickup truck model is analyzed, the passenger compartment space and body structure collision indicators of the pickup truck are compared with a variety of passenger cars, the performance of the restraint system under each collision condition of C-NCAP is simulated and analyzed, and the important problems of occupant protection are optimized combined with dummy injury. The research shows that the front and side space of the pickup truck occupants are sufficient, but the intrusion of the front working conditions is large, and the protection performance of the pickup truck occupants can be effectively improved through reasonable accelerator pedal, seat and airbag design.
