摘要: 针对新能源线束中一种常见的双芯屏蔽环结构,研发设计出一款可自动分线、自动剥 皮和零切、双端子连续压接等工艺的设备,整机结构包含机架、4T 压接机、分线定位机构、 废料切断机构、电缸切刀组件、杠杆双抓线机构和平移机构等;通过检测压接机稳定性临界 机器能力指数(CMK)、线束总长度一致性、端子剖面分析、线束与端子拉拔力等数据,分 析测量数据,验证得出,设备压接稳定性好,产品质量高等优势,满足此类新能源线束工艺 要求,具有广泛的市场应用价值。

Abstract: Aiming at a common dual-core shielding ring structure in the new energy harness, a customized device that can independently complete automatic branching, automatic peeling and zero cutting, double terminal continuous crimping and other processes has been developed. The overall structure includes the frame, 4T crimping machine, branching positioning mechanism, waste cutting mechanism, electric cylinder cutter assembly, lever double wire grasping mechanism and translation mechanism. Detect the crimping machine stability machine capability index (CMK), the consistency of the total length of the harness, the analysis of the terminal profile, the drawing force of the harness and the terminal and other data, and make statistics of the measurement data to verify the advantages of good crimping stability of the equipment and high product quality, which meet the technological requirements of new energy harness and have a wide range of market applications.
