摘要: 目前大部分车用轴承的工作环境恶劣,轴承容易出现各种形式的故障。文章提出采用 基于振动分析的轴承故障诊断方法,借助 LabVIEW 软件平台,以变速器滚动轴承为例设计出 一套车载轴承振动监测系统。该系统可以使轴承处于良好的工作状态,并在故障产生后及时 更换轴承以保证汽车运行的稳定性、安全性和可靠性,并对某些车用轴承进行实时的状态监 测和故障诊断,对推进融入深度学习的智能诊断系统发展有着重要意义。

Abstract: At present, the working environment of most vehicle bearings is harsh, and the bearings are prone to various forms of failures. In this paper, a bearing fault diagnosis method based on vibration analysis is proposed. With the help of the LabVIEW software platform, a set of on-board bearing vibration monitoring system is designed by taking the transmission rolling bearing as an example. The system can keep the bearings in good working condition, and replace the bearings in time after the failure occurs to ensure the stability, safety and reliability of the vehicle operation, and conduct real-time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for some vehicle bearings. It is of great significance to promote the development of intelligent diagnostic systems incorporating deep learning.
