网约车与巡游车混合模式下的居民出行选择 意愿影响研究

Research on the Impact of Residents' Travel Choice Willingness under the Mixed Mode of Online Car and Cruise Car

摘要: 网约车的出现为居民出行提供了一个全新的选择。长久来看,网约车和巡游车混合经 营将成为未来很长一段时间的主流经营模式。为了探究在这种模式下影响居民出行意愿的影 响因素,在居民出行方式选择的研究上集中于网约车和巡游车两种。通过对出行者特征、出 行特征和居民感知属性三大方面设计调查问卷,建立了居民网约车和巡游车选择差异的二元 Logistic 模型,利用 SPSS 软件进行数据回归分析。回归分析结果显示,在出行者特征中年龄、 性别对居民出行选择影响显著;出行特征中,夜晚时间、有人同行、高峰时段影响显著;居 民感知属性上,安全性影响显著。为了进一步探究影响因素,获取了网约车和巡游车一个月 的订单数据,根据订单数据分析出行时间、出行距离和出行地区对居民选择意愿的影响。

Abstract: The emergence of online car rental offers a new choice for residents to travel. In the long run, the mixed operation of online car and cruise car will become the mainstream business model for a long time in the future. In order to explore the influencing factors of residents' willingness to travel under this mode, the research on residents' choice of travel mode focuses on online car and cruise car. By designing a questionnaire on the three major aspects of traveler characteristics, travel characteristics and residents' perception attributes, a binary Logistic model of the difference between residents' online car appointment and cruise car selection is established, and data regression analysis is carried out using SPSS software. According to the results of regression analysis, age and gender have a significant impact on residents' travel choice among the characteristics of travelers. Among the travel characteristics, night time, accompanied by people and peak hours have a significant impact. In terms of residents' perception attributes, security has a significant impact. In order to further explore the influencing factors, we obtain the one-month order data of online car and cruise car, and analyze the impact of travel time, travel distance and travel area on residents' willingness to choose according to the order data.
