摘要: 以某双离合变速器(DCT)为研究对象,文章提出了基于整车驻车试验的 DCT 箱体强 度及疲劳寿命预测方法。基于 ADAMS 建立目标车型,包含驻车系统整车冲击载荷仿真的系 统模型,通过对不同驻车工况进行动力学仿真,获取对应工况下,驻车系统冲击载荷时域数 据并与试验对标,验证了仿真结果的准确性。搭建 DCT 传动系统总成有限元模型,结合多体 动力学仿真的整车冲击扭矩峰值及驻车系统的耐久试验载荷谱,分析了 DCT 箱体的强度及耐 久性能,为 DCT 结构设计的正向开发及校验提供参考。

Abstract: Taking a dual clutch transmission (DCT) as the research object, a method for predicting the strength and fatigue life of DCT box based on vehicle parking test is proposed in this paper. Based on ADAMS, the system model of the vehicle impact load simulation of the target model including the parking system is established. Through the dynamic simulation of different parking conditions, the time domain data of the impact load of the parking system under the corresponding working conditions are obtained and compared with the test, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation results. The finite element model of DCT transmission system assembly is built. Combined with the peak impact torque of the whole vehicle and the load spectrum of the endurance test of the parking system, the strength and durability of the DCT box are analyzed, which provides a reference for the forward development and verification of the structural design of DCT.
