微型纯电动汽车的节能技术路径评估

摘要: 从纯电动汽车的续航里程理论计算公式着手,得出续驶里程与电池特性、电机、电控 系统效率、整车设计参数,以及附件能量消耗有直接关系;然后结合 AMESim 仿真软件理论 计算和台架数据验证,对微型纯电动汽车各关键因素如电池、电驱系统效率、整车设计数等 参数进行续航敏感度分析,得出各项因素对续航的具体影响值;最终基于当前行业内的技术 普及水平,提出了具有高性价比的微型纯电动汽车提升续航的技术路径,用于指导现阶段微 型纯电动汽车续航里程性能的快速开发,缩短开发周期和降低开发成本。

Abstract: Starting from the theoretical calculation formula of the driving range of pure electric vehicles, it is concluded that the driving range is directly related to the battery characteristics, the efficiency of the motor, the electric control system, the vehicle design parameters, and the energy consumption of accessories. Then, combined with the theoretical calculation of AMESim simulation software and bench data verification, the endurance sensitivity analysis of key factors such as battery, electric drive system efficiency, vehicle design number and other parameters of micro pure electric vehicles is carried out, and the specific impact value of each factor on the endurance is obtained. Finally, based on the technical popularization level in the current industry, the technical path of improving the endurance of miniature pure electric vehicles with high cost performance is proposed, which is used to guide the rapid development of the endurance range performance of miniature pure electric vehicles at the present stage, shorten the development cycle and reduce the development cost.
