摘要: 新能源汽车动力电池中单体电池之间在使用中存在输出性能不一致情况,会影响到动 力电池的工作性能和使用寿命。文章介绍了单体电池的连接方式,阐述了动力电池均衡控制 管理的分类和工作原理,结合应用进行性能分析,并根据新能源汽车实际故障案例,分析电 池性能不一致性的原因,提出解决方案,为动力电池性能出现不一致性现象提供了故障诊断 和排除方法。

关键词: 动力电池;电池均衡;电池一致性;电池管理系统

Abstract: The output performance of the single battery in the new energy vehicle power battery is inconsistent in use, which will affect the working performance and service life of the power battery. This paper introduces the connection mode of single battery, expounds the classification and working principle of power battery balance control and management, analyzes the performance of the battery combined with the application, and analyzes the causes of the battery performance inconsistency according to the actual fault cases of new energy vehicles, puts forward solutions, and provides fault diagnosis and elimination methods for the power battery performance inconsistency.
