摘要: 在混合动力车型开发的过程中,为达到节能减排的标准,同时完成车辆运行过程中各 工况的要求,混合动力车采用两种动力源。针对采用电力驱动和燃油驱动两种方式的特殊需 求,设计了一种用于混合动力商用车压缩空气管系统方案,目的在于采用燃油和纯电模式下, 供气系统可以相互转换。当发动机工作时需要发动机自带空压机给制动系统提供空气;切换 纯电模式时采用电控空压机给制动系统提供空气。文章详细阐述了混合动力商用车压缩空气 管系统主要组成部分、控制原理及在重型商用车上的应用。

Abstract: In the process of development of hybrid electric vehicles,in order to meet the standards of energy conservation and emission reduction, while fulfilling the requirements of various working conditions in the process of vehicle operation, hybrid electric vehicles adopt two power sources. In order to meet the special requirements of electric drive and fuel drive, a compressed air piping system for hybrid commercial vehicles is designed. The purpose is to convert the gas supply system to each other under the fuel oil and pure electric mode. When the engine is working, the engine needs its own air compressor to provide air for the braking system, when the pure electric mode is switched, the electronically controlled air compressor is used to provide air for the braking system. The paper describes in detail the main components, control principle and application of the compressed air piping system in hybrid commercial vehicles.
