CDIO 理实一体化多维度汽车构造教学改革

摘要: 针对汽车构造理论与实践教学方法中存在的问题,重新设计了构思、设计、实现和运 作(CDIO)理实一体化教学模式。采用 CDIO 工程教育的多维度教学方法和沉浸式理论与实 践一体化实验室现场教学空间,使学生身临其境认知结构类实物零件,实现理论教学与实验 教学无缝衔接。通过讨论式小组交流项目设计问题、讲授总结和随堂考核及实践考核,提高 了对基础知识掌握的牢固度和解决复杂问题的能力。经过汽车构造教学案例的实践,教改组 成绩明显高于对比组,验证了现场理实多维度教学新模式可有效提高学生随堂掌握知识的正 确率,提高了专业知识学习的主动性和工程设计能力。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the teaching methods of automobile structure theory and practice, the conceive design implement operate (CDIO) theory practice integration teaching mode is redesigned. The multi-dimensional teaching method of CDIO engineering education and the field teaching space of the immersive theory and practice integration laboratory are adopted to enable students to recognize structural physical parts in the real world and realize the seamless connection between theoretical teaching and experimental teaching. Through discussion group communication on project design problems, teaching summary, classroom assessment and practice assessment, the firm grasp of basic knowledge and the ability to solve complex problems are improved. Through the practice of automobile structure teaching case, the teaching reorganization score is significantly higher than that of the comparison group, which verified that the new mode of multi-dimensional teaching based on on-site theory and practice effectively improved the accuracy of students' knowledge in the classroom, and enhanced the initiative of professional knowledge learning and engineering design ability.
