空心稳定杆的开裂分析

摘要: 34MnB5 空心稳定杆在装配完成后出现延迟开裂现象,且呈现多源特征。文章对空心 稳定杆进行了表面痕迹分析、断口分析、金相组织和硬度分析、失效现象的统计、生产工艺 过程的分析。结果表明,其断裂现象与生产过程中的校形工序,空心稳定杆的内表面腐蚀现 象以及其较高的回火硬度有关。失效形式属于校形产生的残余应力导致的回火马氏体组织腐 蚀开裂。

Abstract: 34MnB5 hollow stabilizer rod showed delayes cracking phenomenon after assembly, and shows multi-source characteristics. The surface trace analysis, fracture analysis, metallogra- phic structure and hardness analysis, failure statistics and production process analysis of the hollow stabilizer bar are carried out in this paper. The results show that the fracture is related to the shaping process, the corrosion of the inner surface of the hollow stabilizer rod and its high tempering hardness. The failure form belongs to the corrosion cracking of tempered martensitic structure caused by residual stress generated by calibration.
