一种电瓶放置及转运装置的设计及应用

摘要: 随着供电场景的需求越来越多,现有电器检测平台供电模式无法适应用电的复杂环境, 无法及时对车辆进行电检,导致车辆带电器问题下线,电检效率低下,装配工抱怨较大,造 成劳动浪费。针对该问题,论文采用电瓶小车可移动化电检理念,设计一种电瓶放置及转运 装置工位器具来满足电瓶放置-转运需求,该装置可以自由移动,满足不同车型,不同环境的 电检要求,提高电检效率,降低电检劳动强度。

Abstract: With the increasing demand for power supply scenarios, the power supply mode of the existing electrical detection platform cannot adapt to the complex environment of power consumption, and can not conduct electrical inspection on vehicles in a timely manner, resulting in the offline problem of vehicles with electrical appliances, low efficiency of electrical inspection, and large complaints from assemblers, resulting in labor waste. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts the the concept of movable electric inspection of battery trolley, and a station appliance for battery placement and transfer device is designed to meet the requirements of battery placement and transfer. The device can move freely to meet the electric inspection requirements of different vehicle types and different environments, improve the efficiency of electrical inspection and reduce the labor intensity of electrical inspection.
