发动机噪声的产生及控制

摘要: 文章分析了发动机噪声的产生机理、噪声分类以及表现形式。将影响发动机噪声的因 素分为燃烧噪声、机械噪声和空气动力噪声,并对其产生的机理及控制措施进行阐述。降低 燃烧噪声可通过燃烧室优化、气道优化、燃烧参数优化等手段实现;降低机械噪声可通过活 塞与气缸间隙优化、配气机构优化、齿轮传动优化等手段进行;降低空气动力噪声可从源头 和传递路径方向着手进行优化。

关键词: 发动机噪声;噪声分类;燃烧噪声;机械噪声;空气动力噪声

Abstract: This paper analyzes the mechanism, noise classification and manifestation of engine noise. Divide the factors that affect the noise into combustion noise, mechanical noise, and aerodynamic noise, and elaborate on their mechanism and control measures. The optimization of reducing combustion noise can be achieved through methods such as combustion chamber optimization, airway optimization, and combustion parameter optimization. Reducing mechanical noise can be achieved by optimizing the clearance between the piston and cylinder, optimizing the valve train, and optimizing gear transmission. Reducing aerodynamic noise can be optimized from the source and transmission path directions.
