重卡车架制造工艺发展趋势解析

摘要: 车架总成是构成重型卡车的核心零部件之一,承载着整车各类功能总成,被誉为重卡 的脊梁。随着国民经济的快速发展,客户对重卡产品有了低油耗、多配置、大马力、长生命 周期的新需求,而现有重卡车架总成制造工艺不能完全满足这些新需求。文章从客户需求解 读、工艺现状剖析、先进制造技术可行性分析等方面展开探讨,得出了轻量化材料成型、柔 性快速制孔、纵梁局部变形、散件电泳等符合重卡行业发展的工艺技术路线,也形成了当前 车架总成制造工艺的发展趋势。

Abstract: The frame assembly is one of the core components of the heavy truck, which carries various functional assemblies of the vehicle and is known as the backbone of the heavy truck. With the rapid development of the national economy, customers have new requirements for heavy truck products with low fuel consumption, multiple configurations, high horsepower and long life cycle, but the existing heavy truck frame assembly manufacturing process can not fully meet these new requirements. This paper has carried out discussions on customer demand interpretation, process status analysis, feasibility analysis of advanced manufacturing technology and other aspects, and concluded that lightweight material molding, flexible rapid drilling, local deformation of longitudinal beam electrophoresis of spare parts and other products are in line with the technological route of the development of heavy truck industry, and also form the development trend of the current frame assembly manufacturing.
