摘要: 汽车的塑料加油口门具备重量小、造型自由、易于电控集成与模块化等优势,应用越 来越广泛,所以梳理完整的塑料加油口门的设计方法具有重要意义。论文对塑料加油口门的 整车布置、前期外表面数模(CAS)发布阶段设计、结构数据设计、设计校核方法进行了描 述与提炼总结。某车型塑料加油口门已完成实物装车,设计方法及流程验证正确,可以为塑 料加油口门设计提供参考。

Abstract: The plastic fuel filler door of automobile has the advantages of small weight, free modeling, easy integration and modularization of electronic control, and is used more and more widely. Therefore, it is very important to summarize the complete design method of plastic fuel filler door. This paper describes and summarizes the whole vehicle layout, concept A surface (CAS) release stage design, structural data design and design verification methods of plastic fuel filler door. The plastic fuel filler door has been installed, and the design method and process are verified to be correct, which can provide reference for the design of plastic fuel filler door.
