消费者购买新能源汽车的影响因素分析

摘要: 近年来新能源汽车保有量不断增加,但截至 2021 年底,我国新能源汽车占汽车总量比 例仅为 2.6%,消费者对新能源汽车认知较少,购买意愿不强烈。文章从消费者角度出发,通 过问卷调查对影响消费者购买新能源汽车的因素进行研究,运用频数分析、卡方分析等方法 对影响因素进行分析。结果表明,消费者购买新能源汽车的重要影响因素为电池续航里程、 充换电基础设施不完善、对新能源汽车了解太少等,并针对性地提出了相应的对策建议,可 以有效促进新能源汽车消费。

Abstract: The number of new energy vehicles has continued to increase in recent years, but by the end of 2021, new energy vehicles in China accounted for only 2.6% of the total number of vehicles. Consumers have little awareness of new energy vehicles and are not willing to buy. From the perspective of consumers, this paper studies the factors that affect consumers' purchase of new energy vehicles through questionnaires, and uses frequency analysis, chi-square test and other methods to analyze the influencing factors. The results show that the important influencing factors for consumers to purchase new energy vehicles are battery range, imperfect charging infrastructure and lack of understanding of new energy vehicles, can effectively promote the consumption of new energy vehicles.
