摘要: 为解决整车制造工艺效率及质量同步提升难、整车制造过程中装配质量、工艺过程质 量问题追溯难以及整车产品质量及工装设备质量数据分析预警难的问题,文章通过分析机器 视觉技术在整车制造环节可实现的重要功能,着重阐述视觉技术助力质量效益提升技术路径, 基于失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)质量工具进行量化分析提出机器视觉技术应用规划,总 结机器视觉技术分类及应用场景,为机器视觉技术应用于整车制造过程,助力整车质量效益 提升以及整车智能制造水平提升提供参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of synchronous improvement of vehicle manufacturing process efficiency and quality, traceability of assembly quality and process quality problems in the process of vehicle manufacturing, and analysis and early warning of vehicle product quality and tooling equipment quality data, this paper analyzes the important functions that machine vision technology can achieve in the process of vehicle manufacturing, and focuses on the technical path that vision technology can help improve quality and efficiency. Based on the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) quality tool, the application plan of machine vision technology is put forward for quantitative analysis, and the classification and application scenarios of machine vision technology are summarized to provide references for the application of machine vision technology in the vehicle manufacturing process, the improvement of vehicle quality and efficiency, and the improvement of vehicle intelligent manufacturing level.
