基于 V 型斜极转子的电动车低速啸叫优化分析

摘要: 纯电动汽车低速行驶时特定车速存在明显啸叫声,影响驾驶舒适性。经分析,确认问 题车速下啸叫噪声主要由电机 48 阶噪声贡献,诊断并锁定造成该啸叫问题的关键因素为电磁 力激发转子模态。为解决该啸叫问题,将转子斜极方式由线性斜极优化为 V 型斜极。试验样 机验证,V 型斜极转子有效降低了问题车速下电机 48 阶噪声的幅值,显著提升了声品质。

Abstract: The low speed whine is raised in subjective evaluation of a self-developed electric vehicle. The analyzed results show that the 48th order noise which is excitated by electromagnetic force is the major contribution of the problematic whine. In order to solve the problematic whine, the rotor shew mode is optimized from linear shew to V-shaped shew. Experimental studies show that the 48th order noise can be optimized by using V-shaped shew rotor, the quality of noise is obviously improved.
