摘要: 作为被动安全领域新的发展理念,碰撞兼容性越来越受到车企和消费者的重视。根据 移动渐进可变形壁障(MPDB)试验得出的标准偏差(SD)、乘员载荷指标(OLC)、触底和 结构高度等判定结果能有效反映车辆的碰撞兼容性。文章详细解析了上述四种指标的评价方 法和意义,有针对性地总结了降低试验车辆攻击性的改善方案。欧洲新车评价规程(Euro NCAP)和中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)在碰撞兼容性评价方法和罚分规则上各有异同,文 章对两种规程进行了详细对比和解读。最后对近两年来大量 MPDB 试验碰撞兼容性结果进行 整理,通过数据分析展示了目前主流车型的碰撞兼容性水平和一些具备现实意义的内在规律。

Abstract: As a new development concept in the field of passive safety, crash compatibility has been paid more and more attention by automobile companies and consumers. The results of standard deviation (SD), occupant load criterion (OLC), bottom out and structure height obtained from mobile progressive deformable barrier (MPDB) test can effectively reflect the crash compatibility of vehicles. This paper analyzes the evaluation method and significance of the above four indexes in detail, and summarizes the improvement scheme to reduce the aggression of test vehicles. The European new car assessment program (Euro NCAP) and China-new car assessment program (CNCAP) have their differences and similarities in crash compatibility evaluation methods and penalty rules. This paper makes a detailed comparison and interpretation of the two regulations. Finally, a large number of MPDB test collision compatibility results in the past two years are sorted out. Through data analysis, the collision compatibility level of current mainstream models and some internal laws with practical significance are demonstrated.
