产教融合背景下高职汽车类专业学生多元化 评价体系研究与实践

摘要: 产教融合是产业、行业、企业与职业教育教学科研的全过程融合式发展,以企业岗位 需求为前提、以就业为导向进行人才培养。产教融合背景下传统的学生评价方式不能客观反 映学生的全面素质和能力,也不能充分体现产教融合模式的特色和优势。文章以产教融合为 基础,分析了高职学生评价体系的内涵、构建原则,以我院汽车检测与维修技术专业、新能 源汽车技术专业为例,对产教融合背景下高职汽车类专业学生多元化评价体系进行构建,使 高职学生评价体系更加科学,推动了产教融合、校企共建的人才培养模式向深层次发展。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is the integrated development of the whole process of industry, industry, enterprise and vocational education, teaching and research, which is based on the needs of enterprises and employment oriented personnel training. Under the background of the integration of industry and education, the traditional student evaluation method cannot objectively reflect the overall quality and ability of students, nor can it fully reflect the characteristics and advantages of the integration of industry and education. Based on the integration of production and teaching, this paper analyzes the connotation and construction principles of the evaluation system for higher vocational students, took the automobile inspection and mainte- nance technology and new energy automobile technology majors of our college as examples, the diversified evaluation system of automobile students in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of industry and education is constructed, made the evaluation system for higher vocational students more scientific, and promoted the talent training mode of the integration of production and teaching and the joint construction of schools and enterprises to further develop.
