摘要: 为采集某运动型多用途汽车(SUV)车型在汽车试验场的道路载荷谱数据,在车辆上 搭载六分力传感器、加速度传感器和位移传感器等,并在部分底盘悬架零件和车身位置粘贴 应变片,标定制作为应变片传感器,连接数据采集系统,记录车辆行驶过汽车试验场的强化 耐久路面时的载荷变化,通过对采集到的原始数据进行去漂移等处理,方便后期统计分析和 计算验证。文章详细阐述了应变片传感器标定制作的过程和载荷谱采集的一般性方案,结合 长期实践经验,点明了主要环节的关注内容与常见故障的排查手段,为相关试验的开展提供 参考依据。

Abstract: In order to collect the load spectrum data of an sport utility vehicle(SUV)model in the automobile test field, a number of six-component force sensors, acceleration sensors and displacement sensors are installed on the vehicle, and strain gauges are pasted on the chassis suspension parts and the body position, and are marked as strain gauges. The sensor is connected to the data acquisition system to record the load changes when the vehicle drives over the reinforced durable pavement of the automobile test field. By processing the collected raw data, such as drift removal, it is convenient for later statistical analysis and calculation verification. This paper expounds the process of calibration and production of strain gauge sensors and the general scheme of load spectrum acquisition. Combined with long-term practical experience, the main points of concern and the troubleshooting methods for common faults are named, so as to provide a reference for the development of related tests.
