摘要: 防错设计对于柴油机的装配、维修环节至关重要,可从源头减少因设计失误导致的错 装问题,避免错漏装,提高装配质量和装配效率。文章总结了面向柴油机装配的防错设计原 则,并对涉及到防错要求的典型零部件类型及防错要求进行了详细介绍,最后介绍了止推片 的几种防错设计案例,对防错技术应用进行了进一步说明。

Abstract: Error-proof design is very important for the assembly and maintenance of diesel engines. It can reduce the problem of wrong assembly caused by design errors from the source, avoid wrong and missed assembly, and improve assembly quality and assembly efficiency. This paper summarized the principles of error-proofing design for diesel engine assembly, and introduced the typical types of parts and error-proofing requirements related to error-proofing requirements in detail. Finally, several cases of error-proofing design of thrust plate were introduced, and the application of error-proofing technology was further explained.
