某纯电动汽车电动压缩机振动噪声问题 分析与优化

Optimization of Vibration and Noise of an Electric Vehicle Air-conditioning Compressor

摘要: 针对某自主品牌纯电动乘用车开空调工况下,电动压缩机转速在 2 500 r·min-1 时车内 噪声及方向盘振动较大,并且压缩机转速升至 4 000 r·min-1 以上后车内噪声和振动突显。通 过对问题分析与研究,提出了传递路径优化与空调系统控制策略联合的新解决思路,通过路 径方案验证及绘制控制策略矩阵,解决了电动压缩机工作时的振动噪声问题,有效地提升了 乘坐舒适性,具有较高的工程指导意义。

Abstract: This paper analyzed and studied the problem that a pure electric car of an independent brand had high noise and vibration inside the car when the speed of the electric compressor was 2 500 r·min-1 , the noise inside the car and the vibration of the steering wheel were large, and when the speed of the compressor was above 4 000 r·min-1 , the noise and vibration inside the car were prominent. After analysis and research, a new solution was proposed to combine the transmission path optimization with the control strategy of the air conditioning system. Through the path scheme verification and the drawing of the control strategy matrix, the problem of vibration and noise when the electric compressor was working is solved, and the ride comfort was effectively improved, which was of high engineering significance.
