基于逻辑化的汽车商品概念构筑

摘要: 汽车的商品概念构筑处于商品规划流程最前端,基本决定了商品价值点和开发大方向。 为了避免从业者陷入按主观意愿进行商品概念决策的误区,提出一种基于逻辑化和定量化的 新车商品概念推导方法。通过从市场表象到需求根源的探索,从市场现状到未来市场的预测, 以及宏观市场下本品车型的历史销售表现整理,推导出未来市场中的顾客群结构和商品需求。 在此基础上,结合各细分用户群规模的定量预测锁定目标顾客,构筑出迎合顾客诉求的新车 卖点和商品概念假想,并作市场调查验证。整体上,该方法将顾客需求逻辑贯穿于商品概念 构筑过程中,有利于打造畅销车型的商品力。同时,对于工作步骤和引用数据也作了具体说 明,便于理解实践。

Abstract: Automobile product concept construction is at the very beginning of product planning. It determines the overall commodity value and development orientation. To avoid practitioners from falling into the dilemma of making product concept subjectively, a method of deducing product concept based on logicality and quantification is put forward. By the exploration of customer demands behind market characteristics, the forecast of future market combined with current trends, and the review of sales performance of previous model under macro market, the future customer group structure and needs are deduced. On this basis, after target customer is fixed by quantitative structural analysis, USP and product concept assumption is constructed and verified by following market survey. On the whole, customer demand is instilled into product concept construction logically, which helps to build excellent product competitiveness. Meanwhile, the working procedure and referenced data are also specified for the convenience of practice.
