摘要: 文章通过对国内某一流主机厂的总装失效模式及后果分析进行实地深入分析,发现目 前主机厂在编制总装失效模式及后果分析文件的过程中存在标准不明确、改善措施不实际等 问题,通过广泛调研各大主机厂的实际需求,协同编制人员深入探讨,由经验总结得出总装 失效模式及后果分析在编制过程中的注意事项,助力于工程人员完善总装失效模式及后果分 析的编制过程,使编制的总装失效模式及后果分析和新能源汽车总装过程质量管理联系更加 紧密,通过失效模式及后果分析能真正有效提高新能源汽车总装过程质量保证能力,从制造 源头降低新能源汽车总装过程质量故障的发生率,真正将总装制造过程潜在的失效模式有效 地控制在整车开发阶段,从而极大地降低整车量产后总装的工艺改善费用和避免整车大批量 重大质量故障的发生。

Abstract: This paper finds that there are some problems such as unclear standards and unrealistic improvement measures in the process of preparing the potential failure mode and effects analysis document of the final assembly of the engine plant, through analyzing the potential failure mode and effects analysis of the final assembly of a domestic first-class engine plant on the spot. Through extensive research on the actual needs of engine plants and in-depth discussion with the staffing, the precautions in the preparation process of the final assembly potential failure mode and effects analysis are summarized from experience, which could help the engineers improve the preparation process of the final assembly potential failure mode and effects analysis, and make the prepared final assembly potential failure mode and effects analysis more closely linked with the quality management of the final assembly process of new energy vehicles. Potential failure mode and effects analysis can truly and effectively improve the quality assurance capability of the final assembly process of new energy vehicles, reduce the occurrence rate of the quality failures of the final assembly process of new energy vehicles from the source of manufacturing, and effectively control the potential failure mode of the final assembly manufacturing process in the vehicle development stage, so as to greatly reduce the cost of process improvement of the final assembly after the mass production of vehicles and avoid the occurrence of major quality failures of large batches of vehicles.
