Abstract: With the youthfulness of the user group, the front face of pure electric light trucks has become one of the key factors for consumers to buy or not, so it is of certain significance to study the future development trend of front face styling design. The article reviewes the development history of domestic light trucks, and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of front face styling design for production or concept pure electric light trucks released at home and abroad in the past four years. Compared with the current front face styling design of pure electric light trucks, it is concluded that its styling design is different from that of the traditional fuel vehicles. It is summarized that the future front face styling design of pure electric light trucks will have simple, futuristic, technological and integrated trend. The development direction of the front face styling design of pure electric light trucks in China was presented.
