车辆动态驾驶后制动踏板感变化分析

摘要: 基于工程试验探究,以某型燃油车为例,发现当车辆进行一定程度的动态行驶后,制 动踏板行程变长,不仅影响驾驶体验,而且危害行车安全。文章研究了车辆在不同车速的动 态驾驶后制动踏板感的变化情况,分析造成该现象的原因。结果显示,当车辆经过一定侧向 加速度工况行驶后,会导致制动踏板行程变长,为制动系统的设计开发提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the objective test, it is found that when the vehicle is driven dynamically to a certain extent, brake pedal stroke is to be longer, which not only affects the driving experience, but also endangers the driving safety. This paper studies the change of brake pedal feeling after dynamic driving at different speeds, analyzes the causes of this phenomenon. The results show that when the vehicle travels through a certain lateral acceleration condition, the brake pedal stroke will become longer, which provides a reference for the design and development of the braking system.
