纯电动汽车踏板感开发浅析

摘要: 随着消费者对踏板感要求的提升及主机厂对踏板感开发的重视,传统模式已无法满足 新型制动系统的开发需求。文章结合实际开发经验,提供了新思路来解决当前面临的矛盾。 结合纯电动汽车的制动系统的特征,首先对比分析了与传统制动系统的差异点,然后介绍了 踏板感的评价工况以及主客观的评价内容,明确了踏板感的影响因素和关键参数以及开发中 的注意事项,并结合实际项目经验总结了踏板感的开发流程及每个阶段的重点任务。最终通 过实例说明,演示了整个踏板感的开发过程,为以后踏板感的开发与提升提供经验。

Abstract: With the increasing demand of consumers for pedal feeling and the attention of OEMs to the development of pedal feeling, the traditional mode has been unable to meet needs for the development of new braking system. Combined with the actual experience, this paper provides new ideas to solve the current contradictions. Combined with the characteristics of the braking system of battery electric vehicles, this paper compares and analyzes the differences with the traditional braking system, and then, introduces the evaluation conditions of brake pedal feeling and the contents of subjective and objective evaluation. The influencing factors and key parameters of the pedal feeling as well as the precautions in the development are clarified. Combined with the actual project experience, the development process of the brake pedal feeling and the key tasks in each stage are summarized. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the whole development process of brake pedal feeling, which provides experience accumulation for the development and improvement of brake pedal feeling in the future.
