摘要: 对某车型横向稳定杆进行了基于台架试验疲劳的仿真计算与测试对比研究分析,结合 多学科工程辅助软件功能,其仿真结果与试验测试结果基本吻合,优化后的稳定杆疲劳耐久 寿命满足目标要求。总结出了一套具有较高精度的稳定杆疲劳耐久台架试验仿真分析流程, 为缩短产品开发周期等提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract: The simulation calculation and test comparison were analyzed based on fatigue bench test for anti-roll bar of a vehicle. Combined with the function of multidisciplinary engineering auxiliary software, the simulation results are basically consistent with the test results, and the fatigue life of the optimized anti-roll bar meets the target requirements. This paper summarizes a set of simulation analysis process on fatigue endurance bench test of anti-roll bar with high precision, which provides an important theoretical basis for shortening product development cycle.
