混合动力专用混联变速器系统效率仿真 与优化分析

Efficiency Simulation and Optimization Analysis of Hybrid Transmission System for Hybrid Power

摘要: 混合动力机电耦合系统与传统变速箱不同,包含了机械传动部件、电机、电机控制器 等多个部件,较难进行各模式的效率仿真。文章提出了一种新的系统效率仿真的方法,即通 过 KISSsoft 计算机械传动部件的效率,再通过单体台架测试离合器拖曳、机械泵的损耗、电 机和电机控制器的损耗,综合计算机电耦合系统各个模式的效率。然后通过机电耦合系统总 成的台架测试,以验证仿真的有效性。通过效率仿真和总成的台架测试,分析各个部件的损 耗占系统总损耗的比重,找到影响效率的关键因素,有针对性地提出改善效率的方法,并制 定有效措施,以提升系统效率。文章提出了一个适合混合动力机电耦合系统的效率仿真方法 和一些效率改善措施,对混合动力机电耦合系统的开发具有重要工程应用价值。

Abstract: The electromechanical coupling system for hybrid power is different from the traditional gearbox, including mechanical transmission components, motors, motor controllers and other components, and it is difficult to simulate the efficiency of each mode. This paper proposes a new method of system efficiency simulation, that is, calculating the efficiency of mechanical transmission components through KISSsoft, testing the clutch drag, mechanical pump loss, motor and motor controller loss through a single bench, comprehensively calculating the efficiency of each mode of electromechanical coupling system. Then the bench test of the electromechanical coupling system assembly was used to verify the effectiveness of the simulation. Through the efficiency simulation and bench test of the assembly, the proportion of the loss of each component in the total system loss was analyzed, and the key factors affecting the efficiency were found. The method for improving the efficiency was proposed in a targeted manner, and effective measures were formulated to improve the system efficiency. This paper proposes an efficiency simulation method and some efficiency improvement measures suitable for electromechanical coupling system for hybrid power, which has an important engineering application value for the development of electromechanical coupling system for hybrid power.
