一种工程车轮胎防爆技术分析及解决方案

摘要: 工程车在运行过程中频繁遇到双轮胎间夹杂物导致爆胎而引发安全事故,文章对此情 况进行市场调研及调研数据分析,对车辆实际运行情况反复研究,从现有技术及成本控制方 面入手,利用光电传感器为工程车双轮胎间夹杂物情况提出一种智能识别方案,避免双轮胎 间夹杂物后而引发爆胎风险,同时为工程车安全驾驶提供了一种新的思路。

关键词: 安全驾驶;工程车;轮胎防爆技术;解决方案

Abstract: The engineering vehicle frequently encountered in the process of running between the double tire inclusions cause blowout accidents, through the market investigation and analysis of survey data in this paper, this situation of vehicle repeatedly study practice, combining with the existing technology and cost control aspects, using the photoelectric sensor for truck inclusion between dual tire situation put forward a kind of intelligent identification scheme. It avoids the risk of tire explosion caused by inclusions between two tires and provides a new idea for the safe driving of engineering vehicle.
