基于电气控制的汽车感应雨刷控制系统设计

摘要: 21 世纪汽车工业的发展迅速。雨刮器是车辆的基础设备,而有些车型还在使用手动雨 刮器拨杆,使驾驶员注意力不集中,从而引起交通事故。因此,基于电气控制基础知识设计 一款感应雨刷器控制系统,使雨刷器根据雨量来自动调节。分析常见的雨量传感器原理和工 作过程,选择红外线反射式雨量传感器。当雨刷器无法正常工作时,通过软件优化,增加雨 刷电机的堵转操作。当雨刷器停止工作时,设计了雨刷器的归位功能。为当下汽车雨刷器控 制方式提供一种思路。

Abstract: The automobile industry is developing rapidly in the 21st century. Wipers are the basic equipment of vehicles, and some models still use manual wiper paddles, which makes the driver's attention distracted, resulting in traffic accidents. Therefore, based on the basic knowledge of electrical control, an induction wiper control system is designed to make the wiper automatically adjust according to the rainfall. The principle and working process of common rain sensors are analyzed, and the infrared reflective rain sensor is selected. When the wiper cannot work normally, the locked rotor operation of the wiper motor is increased through software optimization. When the wiper stops working, the return function of the wiper is designed. It provides an idea for the current control mode of automobile wiper.
