轻型载货车方向盘振动大故障分析与排除

摘要: 针对某轻型载货车方向盘怠速振动大的问题,对整车进行 NVH 测试分析,对方向盘进 行模态测试。通过试验方法,查找并确定故障源,分析产生机理,进行优化。设计多个可行 优化方案,进一步进行试验,确认每个优化方案效果,通过试验,找到最佳优化方案。方向 盘振动大主要由方向盘上半部分存在 25 Hz 左右固有频率,在 800 r/min 左右共振导致,通过 对不同优化方案进行验证,最终确定降低方向盘上半部分重量为最优方案,并设计出符合要 求的轻制方向盘。为轻型载货车方向盘设计提供参考。

Abstract: The steering wheel vibration large of a light truck at idle speed is studied. Noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) test and analysis were carried out on the whole vehicle, and modal test was carried out on the steering wheel. through tests, this paper searches and finds out the source of the failure, as well as analyzes the failure mechanism. Design several feasible optimization schemes, further test, confirm the effect of each optimization scheme, through the test, find the best optimization scheme. The large vibration of the steering wheel is mainly caused by the natural frequency of about 25 Hz in the upper part of the steering wheel and the resonance at about 800 r/min. Through the verification of different optimization schemes, the optimal scheme is finally determined to lighten the weight of the upper part of the steering wheel, and a light steering wheel that meets the requirements is designed. It provides a reference for the design of light truck steering wheel.
