驾驶室车门淋雨密封问题的分析及设计优化

摘要: 为了解决驾驶室车门处漏雨的问题,文章通过对车门密封性的主要影响因素及车门密 封胶条的基本特点进行分析,将解决问题的重点放在对密封胶条结构的改进上。将密封胶条 截面结构由单泡结构改为双泡结构,增加密封胶条的压缩量;通过增加倒刺,增加胶条的夹 持力;在车身本体曲率变化剧烈处的密封胶条增加海绵芯条,增加胶条与车门本体的接触面 积、增加胶条的反弹力;增加模制角,提高胶条与安装止口的贴合性,保证安装位置的准确 性。通过以上改进方法,经过淋雨验证,驾驶室车门的防雨密封性有了较大的提升。证明对 密封胶条结构的优化可以有效地提高驾驶室密封性,降低生产成本。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of rain leakage of cab door, this paper analyses the main influencing factors of sealing property and the main features of weather strip, focuses on optimizing the structure of weather strip. The compression is improved by changing the structure of cross section of weather strip from single cavity to double cavities. The clamping force is improved by adding pawls. Through adding foam bars at the position which the curvature changes intensely, the contact area between the strip and door is increased, the rebound force is increased. Through adding the molded corners, the strip and mounting edge are fitting well, the accuracy of mounting position is guaranteed. Through the above methods, the sealing property of the cab door is increased, which is proved by rain test. Therefore, optimizing the structure of weather strip can effectively improve the sealing property of the cab and reduce the production cost.
