摘要: 为了研究增程式电动汽车能耗现状,文章阐述了能耗工况及测试方法,并在 AVL Cruise 软件基础上建模仿真,提出了一种较为高效、准确的仿真模型架构,为后续增程车型开发提 供动力性、经济性仿真参考。经过数据对比确认模型的有效性,最终实测电量保持模式下单 个 WLTC 油耗与实际试验结果偏差小于 1%,模型精度符合预期,可在后续开发中投入使用。

Abstract: In order to study the current energy consumption status of a range extender electric vehicle, this paper shows the energy consumption conditions and testing methods of the range extender electric vehicle. Based on AVL Cruise software for modeling and simulation, and a relatively efficient and accurate simulation model architecture is proposed to offer dynamic and economic simulation reference in range extend electric vehicle development. After data comparison to confirm the effectiveness of the model, finally, the deviation between the simulated fuel consumption in charge sustainning (CS) mode and the actual test results is less than 1%, which reached the expection and the simulation model can be used in the coming development.
