摘要: 电子驻车制动系统与传统制动系统相比,将电子控制方式与驻车制动、驻车制动与行 车制动相结合,控制器通过控制器局域网络线网络与整车其他电控系统进行通讯实现网络化 和智能化,提高了整车制动系统的安全性和可靠性。文章详细阐述了电子驻车制动系统的主 要组成部分、驻车制动与解除和临时停车与解除的控制原理、电子驻车制动的电器原理。通 过在重型商用车上的应用,对电子驻车制动效能进行研究,包括制动响应时间、制动距离、 制动减速度的影响。结果表明,车型匹配电子驻车制动能够明显提高制动响应时间,缩短制 动距离,极大地提升了整车制动的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract: Compared with traditional braking system, electrical park brake system combines electronic control mode with paking brake, parking brake and service brake combined, the controller communicates with other electric control systems of the whole vehicle through the controller area network line network to realize networking and intelligence, the safety and reliability of the vehicle braking system are improved. The paper expounds in detail the main components, control principle of parking brake and release, remporary stop and release, control principle of electrical park brake. Through the application in heavy commercial vehicles, the braking efficiency is studied, including the braking response time, braking distance and the influence of braking deceleration. The results show that electrical park brake matching can significantly improve the braking response time, reduce the braking distance, and greatly improve the safety and reliability of forward braking.
