三全育人思政教学模式的探索与实践 ——以新能源汽车电气系统检修课程为例

摘要： 专业课程教学作为学校教育的主要过程和教书育人的重要途径，兼具有知识传授和价 值引领双重使命。通过打造课程思政教学团队、运用“线上线下相结合”全过程育人模式、 采用“课前、课中、课后”全方位育人方式，对新能源汽车技术专业课程新能源汽车电气系 统检修进行了三全育人思政教学模式的探索与实践，大部分学生能够严格遵守“整理、整顿、 清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约、服务”职业素养、养成“工匠精神”职业品质、树立“技能 强国、劳动精神”的职业目标。此教学模式为高职汽车类专业课程思政教学提供了借鉴经验。

Abstract: As the main process of school education and an important way of teaching and educating people, professional course teaching has the dual mission of knowledge imparting and value guidance. By building course ideological teaching team, using the combination of "combining online services and offline" whole process education mode, using "before class, in class, after class" comprehensive education way, the new energy automobile technology professional course new energy vehicle electrical system maintenance for the comprehensive ideological teaching mode exploration and practice, most students can strictly abide by the "finishing, consolidation, cleaning, cleaning up, literacy, safety, saving, service" professional quality, develop " craftsman spirit" profes-sional quality, set up the "skills power, labor spirit" professional goals. This teaching mode provides the reference experi- ence for the ideological and political teaching of higher vocational automobile professional courses.
