乘用车发动机脱开的 0-型试验不确定度评定

摘要: 制动性能是影响汽车安全性的重要因素之一。为了明确车辆在制动性能检测中测量结 果的分散性,能够更准确地评价车辆的制动性能,反映车辆的安全性能,文章进行乘用车发 动机脱开的 0-型试验(冷态制动时的常规性能),分析影响测量结果的各种因素,并对测量结 果进行了不确定度评定。同时,评定的方法对类似的制动性能试验或其他整车道路性能试验 的测量结果不确定度评定具有可借鉴的意义。

Abstract: Braking performance is one of the most important factors affecting automobile safety. In order to clarify the dispersion of the measured results in the braking performance test of passenger cars, the braking performance of vehicles can be evaluated more accurately and the safety performance of vehicles can be reflected, this paper conducts the Type-0 test (ordinary performance test with cold brakes) with engine disconnected of passenger cars, analyzes various factors that affect the measured results, and evaluates the uncertainty of the measured results. The method of the evaluation can be used for reference in the measurement uncertainty evaluation of similar braking performance test or other passenger cars road performance test.
