摘要： 随着汽车行业大规模定制化、模块化开发需求的提升，委托外加工零件的复杂性日益 提升，而其配置校验的复杂性也日益凸显。论文阐述了一种委托外加工零件自动化配置校验 方法，分别从基本术语、可配置化管理方法的模块划分及选项特征定义、委托外加工零件配 置情况自动化校验各方面展开论述。最后论述了该研究方法对于企业提升定制化、模块化开 发水平的意义。

关键词: 委托外加工零件；自动化配置；校验方法；汽车零件

Abstract: With the rising of requirement of mass customization and modularity for vehicle development, the configuration audit work of consignment part becomes more and more difficult as consignment part becomes more and more complex. An automatic configuration management method is studied in this paper. The basic definition, module partition method, modular product option definition and automatic configuration audit method of consignment part are discussed in this paper. Finally, the benefits of this method to customize and modular vehicle development are concluded.
