Abstract: Modern apprenticeship system has been widely carried out in China. As a specific institutional form and institutional carrier, its purpose is to mobilize enterprise resources, explore various forms and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, so as to adapt to the national industrial transformation and upgrading. By analyzing the current situation and difficulties faced by the implementation of modern apprenticeship in China, it is suggested that the national and provincial education authorities should select industry enterprises, focus on the implementation and promotion of modern apprenticeship in automobile major, realize the "integration of three industries", raise the modern apprenticeship to the national level, integrate resources, build a community of interests and destiny of schools and enterprises, build an integrated school enterprise teaching and training base, and promote the reform of "three education", improve the curriculum construction mechanism of apprenticeship enterprises, finally promote the construction of skilled society and promote lifelong vocational education, and fully meet the national needs for industrial transformation and upgrading, so as to form a sustainable development system of modern apprenticeship talent training with Chinese characteristics.
