厚板单边 V 型坡口对接焊缝熔深控制方法

摘要: 文章对 25 mm 厚度单边 V 型坡口对接焊缝熔深的影响因素进行工艺试验,通过对影响 熔深的不同焊接参数相互匹配后焊接试样,得出关键影响因素线能量和焊丝指向,进而分别 对线能量和焊丝指向的不同水平进行焊接测试,通过金相检验的方式验证有效熔深、缺陷水 平和外观质量,得出控制厚板单边 V 型坡口对接焊熔深控制的不同参数和最佳参数范围,明 确控制参数办法和实施措施,保证对接焊缝的有效熔深,并应用于生产过程,提高产品质量, 减少售后故障损失。

Abstract: : butt weld are tested. Through the welding samples after matching the different welding parameters affecting the penetration, the key influencing factors line energy and wire direction are obtained, and then the different levels of line energy and wire direction are tested respectively to verify the effective penetration through metallographic inspection. According to the defect level and appearance quality, the different parameters and the best parameter range for controlling the penetration control of single-sided V-groove butt welding of thick plate are obtained, and the parameter control methods and implementation measures are clarified to ensure the effective penetration of butt weld, which is applied to the production process, improve the product quality and reduce the after-sales fault loss.
